Hubs

Zolve owns the front end of the NRI journey — the moment an Indian moves to the US with no local credit history. Founded by Raghunandan G and launched in 2021, its wedge is US credit cards and checking accounts issued to newcomers on the strength of their home-country profile, with auto, personal and education loans following. It raised a $51M equity Series B plus $200M in debt in March 2025, led by Creaegis, with HSBC and SBI among the investors, and reports 750,000 customers and over $1.2bn processed. Its India-to-US corridor is distinct from the remittance and India-investing plays, but it feeds the same diaspora.

Why it matters

Zolve owns the earliest moment in the NRI lifecycle — the Indian who has just moved to the US and has no local credit history. Its cross-border credit-card-and-checking wedge (750k customers, $1.2B+ processed, self-reported) is a different corridor from remittance and India-investing, but it captures the same diaspora at the top of the funnel: today's Zolve customer is tomorrow's NRI-banking and wealth prospect. HSBC and SBI on the cap table show incumbents buying into that pipeline.
